Terms of Use

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of dodoyachting.com, operated by Dodo Yachting. By using the website you accept them.

1. Information on this website

We take care to keep yacht descriptions, photographs, specifications and itineraries accurate, but they are provided for general information. Equipment, layouts and suggested routes may change, and weather and safety always come first at sea.

2. Prices

Prices are quoted in euros per week and are indicative until confirmed in a written proposal. Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate conversions at the day's exchange rate. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), VAT and optional extras.

3. Enquiries and bookings

Sending a form or a proposal link is a request for information, not a booking. A charter is confirmed only when both parties have signed a charter agreement and the deposit set out in it has been received. The charter agreement then governs the charter, including payment, cancellation and the responsibilities of each party.

4. Using the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including sending false enquiries, attempting to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access, or using our forms to send unsolicited messages.

5. Intellectual property

The Dodo Yachting name and logo, texts, photographs, videos and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Third-party services

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and other services are provided for convenience. Those services are run by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts and enforcement offices of Turkey have jurisdiction. Consumers may also apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Law No. 6502.
